Missing bonus content

I’m having this issue now, both businesses and enchanted by nature bonus items are not in game. I play on PS5 and the content is purchased using a different PlayStation account.

    Hi Loko4sims4​ 

    Bonus content isn't shared between accounts- it will only be available for the account that purchased the pack.
