Missing content - Strangerville

I purchased the Sims Strangerville pack yesterday when it was released and was initially very excited for the new world and new plants etc to build with. I'm disappointed to find that at the price-point of $26.99 CAD this world content is missing for console users but available for PC and MAC users in the debug menu (it was a part of an official update for PC+MAC in April). It's hard to landscape in this world without the content and it honestly makes it feel like an incomplete pack ☹️ . I've attached an image of the missing items I speak of and hope that your team can rectify this issue for console users soon.
