Missing DLC

I know Sims console is the most glitches game in the world, but I come to peace with that what I am not in peace with is having to buy expensive packs then having to buy them again so I have an old Xbox that runs every game slowly, of course one of them being Sims and occasionally it will crash or whatever but today was different. I noticed a few of my games weren’t loading so I decided to reset my Xbox and re-download my games again. I read out the sins and I noticed a lot of packs or missing. I uninstalled it and reinstall it again to make sure in a lot we’re still missing I checked, and it shows that I have to re-buy them again. I already spent hundreds of dollars on the game and you’re telling me I have to spend more absolutely not. I hope this reaches someone that can help me but for now I will not be supporting EA or anything that they do. They already took so much money from me.
