I just tried to log in and play to resume my game from last night, but I am getting an error message saying that I don’t have certain expansion packs. But I most certainly do. When I go to view my managed game add ons it shows all of them, but when I go to the actual game and try to play it is only showing a few that I own. I am playing on my Xbox. Can anyone help me please?
Also I own 15 add ons/expansions and they are visible in the manage add on sections. But while playing the actual game it requires me to purchase. I even went as far to select one to see what it would say and the manage option appeared, so Microsoft is even acknowledging that I have purchased them. But somehow they have disappeared overnight. I’m not understanding this and I’ve spent a lot of money into this game for things to just vanish. I’ve also did every troubleshooting step that was given and still nothing. Please help.

Under Manage Game and Add-Ons, did you see any option there to install your DLC, or are they already showing as installed there?
They show already installed.

I tried that and also reset the console and still nothing.
EA_Solaire any additional steps to try? I have not been able to play for the last 4/5 days since my packs are missing.
Community ManagerIf you're still not able to access your packs, I'd recommend getting in contact with Xbox support so they can review your account and billing information to see what's going on with your DLC- we wouldn't have the ability to review any of your purchases or Xbox account information on these forums.
EA_Solaire I spoke with them and they sent me to you all. Would you be able to tell me who I would speak to about a refund for the missing items?
Community ManagerAs these packs are bought directly through the Xbox store on your console, you can reach back to Xbox so they can check your refund eligibility.
EA_Solaire and just so I’m correct, XBOX would be able to assist me regarding the missing expansion packs on the Sims? Even though the add ons are showing on the Xbox when I select manage game and add ons? The only place that it is missing is in the actual game so I want to make sure that they would be the correct people to assist.
