Missing game data

So I had to reinstall my entire sims 4 game because it kept throwing me out and going to a pixilated screen, but when I reinstalled it, it kept coming up with the message of missing game data. It claimed that I didn't own the get to work expansion when I had made sure that I had definitely purchased and owned it. I've tried everything I can think of that applies to the Xbox console version of the game, including reinstalling it about 5 times. Even after creating a new save file the same issue appears. I only had these issues after the update. Please look into how this might happen as since I'm on an Xbox its more difficult to find a solution.

Hey there, would you have a screenshot of the missing data error you are getting by any chance? Thanks!

Thank you! Alright, here's some steps you can try if you haven't yet, let me know how that goes:

    1. On the Xbox One Home screen, press the Menu button

    2. Choose Manage Game

    3. Uninstall everything but the game itself

    4. Once that's done, power off your Xbox One completely, wait 2 minutes, and then restart it

    5. Go back to Manage Game for The Sims 4

    6. Choose Install all, and confirm with Install on any pop-ups, then wait for your downloads to finish

    7. Power off your Xbox One again, restart, and launch The Sims 4
