Missing lot traits

I finished a cemetery build and I went to add the haunted trait and creepy crawlies trait but they are missing I have lost all city living lot traits and most of the base game traits.

@Rachelharris31 Please power down your console completely, unplug it for a minute then plug it back in and restart the game. If this doesn't correct the issue you may need to reinstall the game and packs.
