Missing Packs PS4

I had multiple sims 4 packs installed, my original disk broke so I had to download the digital free version and redownload all my packs. After that I lost access to multiple packs, some of them like ...

    Hi @jimmy972,

    First, please run through the steps here and let me know if you're able to install all your packs again to your console:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

Hi, I am having the same problem and this is not fixing it. I moved from the Xbox one to an Xbox series s around a year ago and am missing at least 10 packs from the sims 4. I have uninstalled the game numerous times and reinstalled it. Ans the issue persists. I have gone in through manage game and add ons and they say the packs are installed however don’t show in game. And I do not know what to do at this point. 
any help would be much appreciated
