Missing packs that say installed, cannot use my saves

Packs say "installed" on ps5 (2 user accounts shared these packs on same console and everything worked amazingly until yesterday) but are not showing up and showing that i need to buy again, I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled, restored licences. Cannot play my save file as it says I am missing packs, the packs say they are all installed onto console

I just need some guidance here please

Hey KayaKenisha,

Just to confirm, since it sounds like those packs are installed on your console under Game Library > Your Collection > The Sims 4 > Add-ons, are the same packs activated under Marketplace > My Collection in-game?

If they're listed as deactivated, please click 'Pack Selection' on the same page, select the deactivated packs, and click 'Confirm' to reactivate them. Let us know what you're seeing there. Thanks!

hey! i actually have a theory that the new free shop packs are corrupted on console. did you download those and/or use them on any of your sims? im having the same issue as you after i downloaded those packs and used the bathing suit on my sim.
EDIT: i uninstalled the 6 free packs (i only used the swimming trunks and bikini) and my save seems to be working again! maybe try that?
