Missing packs

Hello im on the PS5 and with this last update I found that 3 of my packs that I've purchased were missing. Those were the ones that somehow created duplicate maps...with one being the actual real map and the duplicate being the blank map. The thing is, after the update it left me with only the blank maps while taking the actual real map that my sims are on. Im missing Vampires, Werewolves, and Get to Work. Please fix this. It hurts to have paid for theses packs and now they're no longer there. Also after this update, my Realm of Magic pack barely work. Everytime I try to play with one of my families on that pack, it freezes and glitches out everytime now when it wasn't doing that at first.

    Hey ChazmynMarie​, 

    If you haven't already, can you please give the following steps a try to see if your content reappears:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims


    After that, head into Marketplace-> My Collection-> Pack Selection and make sure your packs are enabled there.
