Missing party goals PS4

Hi

For the past few parties (birthday, wedding) I have had the party timer, but no goals. I have restarted my ps4, but I can’t get these goals to appear. Any advice?

    I don't play console, but I assume it works the same.

    When opening the social event tab, all of your party options should pop up. 

    Underneath each option is a small checkbox that enables/disables goals.

    I usually turn them off because they get annoying and I don't need prizes.
