My cas.fulleditmode on ps5 is showing up but not working properly

I put "testingcheats true" in my game and after it says "cheats enabled" I did a shift click on my Sim I want to fully edit and I click "Modify in CAS" but when I go to CAS all I can do is mess with the weight and fit bar next to the Sim.

I can't edit my Sims broad shoulders or waist or nothing like that. I usually have always been able to in CAS.fulleditmode but as of today June 9th 2024 on ps5 I can't use the function properly
