I have not. I don't even remember how to turn on cheats and I like keeping my game natural. I only aged her up after I noticed her kittens where already older than her. But now she's stuck as a elder. I've tried aging her down again then back up, moving her into a new household, and such, but it still says she's missing. I also can't take her a bath even though she has fleas and is stained. I don't want to delete her, but if I have to I guess I will.

There may be a cheat that will help bring that little kitteh back to you without fear of having to delete her. Let's see what we can do.
First, to activate Sims 4 cheats on both PS4 and Xbox One, load into the game and hold down all four triggers at the same time. After that, enter testingcheats true into the textbox.
After that, please try the command resetSim [firstname] [lastname] to reset the pet - or any sim referenced.
Please give that a try and let me know how it goes.

So I did end up trying your cheat and I don't think it worked. At first I though it was because my pet didn't have a last name, so I gave her one but everytime I typed it in nothing happens. To make sure I was doing it right, I tried it on my other sims and it worked. I decided to then turn her into a ghost, but she's still missing. Brought her back to life, still missing. So now I went back to my old save before I did the ghost cheat. Thanks for trying to help me but I'm not sure if this can be fixed. I might just have to delete her a get a copy. Sucks but if I have to I will.
