My City Living Pack got uninstalled and I can’t reinstall it.

I logged in to play sims and I got a pop up window saying there was content uninstalled and that if I saved the game it would be gone completely. For some reason, my City Living Pack is not installed...

    Did you buy the Pack or download it for free as a PS Plus member? If so, then the Pack has been replaced with Island Living.
    If you bought it, shut down the Console (not sleep mode) and start the PS5. Then check if it is present in the game.
