My expansion packs keep disappearing on my ps4. Any suggestions?

I have purchased all of the "worlds", and most of the add ons, and Island living keeps disappearing, along with my Cool kitchen stuff,  and  laundry day

    Sul Sul, @Evemy71.

    If you're still having difficulty accessing your Packs, let's try some troubleshooting.

    After installing a pack, the troubleshooting steps are:

    • PS4-only: Confirm that the console shows the pack as INSTALLED and not “READY TO INSTALL” under Manage Game & add-ons
    • If the pack isn’t there, download it and restart The Sims 4
    • If the pack is installed
      • Quit The Sims 4 and restart the game
    • If it still doesn’t show up
      • Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox One until it turns off
      • Wait 30 seconds and turn on the console again (cold boot)
      • Launch The Sims 4
    • If it STILL doesn’t show up
      • Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox One until it turns off
      • Unplug the Xbox One from power
      • Wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and turn on the console again
      • Launch The Sims 4

    Hi there,

    I would firstly suggest reporting the bug, just in case it continues to be an outstanding problem, and they may fix it in a later patch.

    Ensure that your game is fully updated. (You can usually find when it was last updated via the downloads menu). 

    You may want to check if the problem persists on other save files (You can do this by clicking 'Load game', rather than the 'arrow', or play, button) as it could be a problem only in that save file due to lag, ect.

    Other than that, there is not much else you can do that I'm aware of.
