My Favorite tab not working in ps4

I also have this problem on PS4. Yes, I’ve gone to the View Catalogue, picker the My Favorites selection, I set the Category to all, I even fiddled with the packs checkmarks (setting to base game then all packs, and choosing the packs that I did own) and still got no results despite me favoriting a good amount of items. Had this problem for a good while now, like, a few days after the online Gallery opened to console players.

Turning off the power completely
You can turn off your PS4 system in any of these ways.
- Select (Power) from the function screen, and then select [Turn Off PS4].
- Select [Power] > [Turn Off PS4] on the quick menu.
- Press and hold the power button for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
When you turn off your system, the display darkens, the power indicator blinks white, and then turns off.
I power off my PS4 completely all the time when I’m done playing. The problem with my favorites gallery still persists, and it seems like it’s only affecting Sims 4 PS4 players. I don’t have a problem navigating through menus, I’m competent at that. I just don’t know why when I Favorited a bunch of stuff, none of it appeared on the My Favorites section.
This is more of a minor nuisance, but I’d be glad if there was a workaround to see my Favorited items in one place instead of searching for them individually.
