My Favorite tab not working in ps4

Hello, my “My Favorites” tab from the gallery is not working properly, it says “No Results Found” and I don’t understand, I’ve already tried to fix my internet but that wasn’t it, I restarted my ps4 ...

I power off my PS4 completely all the time when I’m done playing. The problem with my favorites gallery still persists, and it seems like it’s only affecting Sims 4 PS4 players. I don’t have a problem navigating through menus, I’m competent at that. I just don’t know why when I Favorited a bunch of stuff, none of it appeared on the My Favorites section.

This is more of a minor nuisance, but I’d be glad if there was a workaround to see my Favorited items in one place instead of searching for them individually.

Hi @Telky_Telk,

Are you using the console to mark favorites in the Gallery or the website?

  Thanks for getting back to us @Telky_Telk. Could you try the website and check if that works for adding content to your favorites please?

    @EA_Lanna Sorry for this late reply. So I favorited an item on the Sims website, but I’m unsure how I could check my favorites from the website other than my console (since I don’t have Sims for the PC), and I still saw no favorites listed.
