My Favorite tab not working in ps4

@EA_Lanna Sorry for this late reply. So I favorited an item on the Sims website, but I’m unsure how I could check my favorites from the website other than my console (since I don’t have Sims for the PC), and I still saw no favorites listed.
I spoke with someone from EA last night, he suggested restoring the license for the game. He said the server is probably out of sync with the consoles since they had server problems. It worked for me!

Restoring the licenses worked yesterday, but only after I shut my PlayStation down once I restored them and then turned the console back on. Unfortunately, when I logged in today I was back to square one... Same thing, some of my favorites show up, other categories and people I’m following don’t show up at all.
