My File Is Gone After Game Crash

My game crashed after I went to manage world. I saved my game so i felt confident i would resume where i left off. Now there is nothing to go back to. I now have to start from scratch. (Xbox)

    If you're prompted to restore those cloud saves, it's possible. If you weren't prompted to do that, most likely those cloud saves have already been overwritten with your brand new save, and the old ones would not be able to be restored.

Hello,

It sounds like those files may have become corrupt and were removed from your console. Were you prompted to restore this older save from the cloud, or have you tried manually restoring it using these steps?

    I don’t know how to restore. There’s a way to get everything back?
