my game keeps freezing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? latest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All the expansion packs except Journey to Batuu and some kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? No modern luxe and the swimwear kit dropped my game keeps freezing and i cant unstuck it whatever i try.,  i cant save my game either and this has happened twice now in 1 hour. have tried to see if there was an update or restore licenses but that doesnt help either. ive had this happened multiple times this week and it makes the game unplayable.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? it started after Modern luxe and swimwear kit
