My game won’t install

So today I tired to play the sims. It kept crashing so I uninstalled it and all my packs on my Xbox series X and now it won’t reinstall I went to the gamepads store won’t let me install and then I went to Microsoft store and it’s only showing that I can play it on cloud gaming not install it to my console. I tried restating my Xbox clearing the cache and even looking it up. I don’t know what to do I’m lowkey panicking.
