My Get to Work pack is showing not available.

I had to repurchase my Get to Work pack after my husband stopped Game Pass Ultimate. I Uninstalled and reinstalled and it wont Work. I've Uninstalled sims 4 entirely and reinstalled it still doesn't ...

Is Get to Work specifically showing up as installed under Manage Games and Add-ons?

You can check that by following these steps:

  • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
  • Press the Menu button on the controller
  • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
  • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
