i’ve been playing the sims 4 a lot recently and brought a few packs, and when i go to play my packs dont show up, it says at the bottom of the pack list that i own them but it wont let me play them. i’ve tried restarting my ps5, deleting the game, ive tried everything and they’re still gone

i also brought a new one yesterday and it did the same thing, it says i own it but when i go to my worlds in the sims they’re gone.
i’ve tried all that, it’s the actual sims game it’s got nothing to do with playstation

Were you previously game-sharing? Please make sure you're currently logging into your PlayStation with the same PSN account that originally made these purchases. You can check if you're logging in correctly by looking over the transaction history for your PSN.
