My Sim Phone Options Doesn’t Work - PS4

I haven’t played The Sims in a few days. I tried to play today and the game launched but when I go to my sims cellphone to invite over guests, travel, or throw an event nothing works. 

I’m using a PS4. Today is October 23, 2024.
