Unable to access pack content.

Question

I can no longer access any of my purchased content in buy build mode on Ps5. My game and console are updated all my packs are installed I’ve been using them fine until now. I have deleted and reinstalled everything, I’ve unlinked and relinked my accounts. I have verified my license again. It shows in game that it’s owned and installed all the worlds are open and usable but when I try to build I have 10-15 random things from random packs and base game items that’s it. I don’t know what else to try to fix it. I can’t find a way to contact EA about this and am just going in circles on the website. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Which packs specifically are you missing? Are you seeing these packs showing in your PSN account's transaction history?&nbsp;

As I said most of these I have been using with no problem already. All are paid for most are months if not years old are fully installed game is updated. I have deleted and reinstalled. I have unlinked and relinked. I have verified my license. All the packs show as owned and installed. I have access to the worlds and selected items from packs in both CAS and Build. However there will be only 1-3 items available per pack and most packs have no items showing at all in my catalog. I have paid for and installed:

laundry day stuff

my first pet

outdoor retreat

perfect patio

my first pet

comfy gamer

sleek bathroom

kitchen clutter

vampires

from these packs I have a handful of the items available some have no items available. When they were previously all there and I have not changed anything. All I’ve done are updates to my console and games as they are released.

I’m not gonna screen shot every section. but this is all I have available if I select all my owned content in plants it’s randomly showing parts of some packs others are non existent. I don’t have access to anything in entirety every pack is missing something some more than others. And it’s across every section not just plants this is just for an example.&nbsp;
