My sims 4 Expansion Packs are missing.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? Idk tbh like is this important bc if it is I’ll look for it and tell you guys.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Island Living, Cats and Dogs, Spooky Stuff, (Both the free packs) , Realm Of Magic, Vampires, Get To Work, Get Famous
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea it just happened where those two expansion packs just evaporated into thin air.
What happens when the bug occurs? This bug only have occurred once and it deleted my Island Living, and City Living, Expansion packs.
What do you expect to see? My packs come back.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Please help like these were some of my favorite packs and payed money for them and I don’t wanna pay again.
