Yes! That is exactly what I’m talking about those scale tops are not in my create a sim! I’m just confused on why they wouldnt be there?

@Solar_kutz It is strange that some of the content appears but not all of it.
If setting your console as primary doesn't work, you can try to restore licenses.
(Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].
I'll see if there's any reports on this in the meantime.
