I have it on XBox and this is making my household miserable every day. It sucks. I bought this console because my daughter wanted to play Sims4. The issues were so bad we couldn't play it and the tech directed me to DELETE EVERYTHING! My daughter had spent hours designing her home and building her family. She tried to start another household but now this buggy nature has made it doubly miserable to play. Is EA even listening to any of this???? I spent at least $80 on the game... for what? Aggravation? Isn't a game, by definition, supposed to be fun?
