[NCQE] Nature's calling event won't trigger

Im playing on xbox s and ive been trying to get the event to pop up since it came out but i still somt even have the event tab. my game is fully updated to the recent patch 

Hi, I am in the UK playing on a PS5 and I can not get the Nature's Calling event to trigger either. I have been trying to get it to start for about 2 weeks now. This is very frustrating. Obviously I can not go in to any of the save files, like EA suggest for PC and MAC users. 

Please help! 

I don't even have an event tab, just the promotional  video on the side.  I tried uninstalling & reinstalling the game which at least forced an update but, there's still no event tab or in game event icon.

I am on Xbox, haven’t been on in a while made sure it was updated and I have no event page, and cannot access it anywhere.

I have tired everything to access the natures calling event and nothing is working! The game was updated yesterday I've started two new family's in basic lots. Restarted the xbox,restarted the game,checked the internet connection and nothing is working. Help!

I FIGURED IT OUT!! It took me an hour but figured it out. I have an internal expansion card and an external expansion card. I looked at both and some of my expansions were installed on the external expansion card. I uninstalled the items on the external and installed it all on internal. I think it being all in one place helps. Re opened the game and it’s working!

I’m having the same exact problem on my Xbox series x! Everything is updated, restarted the Xbox and game multiple times. Nada. 

would love a fix for this! Really want to play the event!

The nature’s calling event is not popping up in game. I’ve tried logging in on two separate days and played for a good 30-45 minutes each day. I made sure my game is fully up to date. I’m playing on XBox. Any ideas on what to try?

I'm playing on an Xbox One. The game is updated to the most recent version. I've restarted my game system multiple times over the last week and I still don't even have an "event" tab. 

I haven't had any problems with the other events, so this is particularly frustrating.

Have played sims on and off for years, I own many dlcs and never had any issues. I bought the preorder for the new enchanted pack and I’m not sure if that was a requirement for the event but either way I have it. I have not been able to get the event to show up no matter what I’ve done. I’ve restarted, shut down,  and reinstalled the game and add ons, in different combinations. I’ve tried updating, I don’t even HAVE mods as I am on an Xbox console and have never used mods, nor do I download from the maxis library so I don’t even have that extra content. I’ve tried activating it from live, from the main menu. I have tried everything, I have checked serveral forums and I’m not the only one with this issue, but I have tried every single way that has been suggested (restarting, reinstalling, etc) but there is still no event and I would really really like to participate, if someone can please help me fix this issue, and not just send me to the same failing list of solutions I would be beyond grateful
