New House Woes
Recently when my sims have moved into a new house, they are not allowed to enter. It is like they are visiting the lot instead of actually living there.

I would go to Build mode and replace all the walls, doors, and windows, plus anything that's attached to the walls, to see if that would help. I've never had this problem, so I don't know whether rebuilding will help or not, but that's what I would probably try first.
If that doesn't work, you should look for other threads about the same type of problem, both here at EA Forums and also at EA Answers. I'm sure that I've seen other people with the same problem so it's possible someone already found a good solution.
