Xbox keeps crashing continually after Lovestruck install

Been playing on and off but since love struck came out but it keeps force closing it's so unpredictable when it will happen. I have cleared cache and the problem is still persistent. I just wanna explore the expansion pack but unable to its unplayable. Any ideas? For context I have did the power button cache clean and also the option via settings to clear it still force closing....

    Here it is Sept. 14 2024 and I’m having this same problem. I tried waiting later to buy it to avoid this problem and it still just crashes my game which really sucks. Think I’m going to call and request a refund. playing on xbox.. and I own majority of packs.. sims doesn't crash if I uninstall Lovestruck.
