All my saved datas has been deleted.

Hello everyone,

Iyesterday I played the sims and saved.

Today when I started the game the whole game I level I reached has disappeared. As if I have never played it before.

The whole characters and buildings. (I play on the PlayStation 4)

I restarted the game many times and it still the same. Is there any bug in the game actually?

Is there any possibility to restore it?

Could anyone help me please?
