Not expanded to ops, doors wonky, controls wonky

After getting the for rent pack I've noticed I haven't been able to place a roof on the one house I'm working on because it said "not expanded to ops" and then after trial and error I noticed there's like half walls where the roof would have to go and I can't select or delete them, and no ceiling on the room and it wouldn't let me add the ceiling because "not expanded to ops" 

When clicking on a door to knock, it doesn't work, I have to click like a block away in order for it to think I'm clicking the door so I can knock.

Using controller is nearly impossible now because sometimes if I were to move a room or roof and try to rotate it, instead of rotating with the bumpers like it should, it cycles through that top menu in build where the select, colour change and sell buttons are. I've pressed my right stick in to hide the grid while trying to place an object and instead of the grid disappearing , whatever I had a hold of is gone and my mouse does the free roam thing as if you were to press that button while just opening the needs menu to get the mouse to be freeee yano what I mean ? Yeah that happens in build mode. 

I'm not sure what other bugs might have appeared since the rent pack came out but I'm sure there's more I just can't stand the game right now to open it again.
