Packs Won’t work on Console

Hi! I play on console (ps5) and i purchased 2 packs which was city living and home chef. Out of no where they became unavailable. I tried restoring licenses and shutting it down but it won’t work, it just says unavailable. I was wondering can i ATLEAST purchase them again.. city living is the best pack.💔

Let's try the following:

Restore the licenses on your console

Go to your Game Library

Scroll to Your Collection

Select The Sims 4

Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here

Select the DLC in this list and select Install

When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

If you're still not able to access these packs, you can reach out to PlayStation support so they can review your account and billing details a bit further.
