photos turns black and game crashes

l’m a ps5 player. So it absolutely nocc. My game is the newest version and already updated to growing together. I use my old game save (which have already played for 1 year) to start, and play with the Michaelsons family. 
in the beginning, I found I can’t control the game because my game cursor missing，and I try to save the game but it just stuck, and the menu once opened won’t get shut down. I have to shut the game from ps5 main menu.

and it happened like 3 time, and I finally play it normally which I don’t know why. Then I play with Michaelson family like 5-7hours, everything is fine and I save it normally.

but today I open the game found all the pics that sims took from camera cellphones..etc all turn black, no matter it’s on the wall or in the inventory. I remember when I quit the game yesterday it still showed normally, I did nothing period this time.

other photos of different sims family also have this situation, i’m so upset when it happened, because they are memories of all the play time. Some sims already dead.

I quit the game to the main menu, and I found the latest save already disappeared,!but I still have a save which 2hours earlier.
the photos in that earlier save also have the same problem, they are black.

So I clean the caches of ps5, move the save to another ps5 and check, it won’t change. I start a new game to check, photo shows correctly. I go back to the old save, the old phots still black, but now sims can take photos normally, not black. 

I really hope EA can see this post and fix this problem, I already check all the relevant post  in the forum, it is a old problem and I can’t fix it like PC player did. 
beside this problem, I also troubled with the game delay, even I clean all the caches sometimes it still happen, I think it’s because it’s a ps4 game and I use ps5. I hope EA can improve this and make it compatible.
