Constantly repeating Error code CE-113505-5 in the downloads Playstation 5.

Question

&nbsp;Also some of my add ons have the shopping Icon on them even though I own them. I think it's an account problem? I've tried absolutely everything on my end and nothing fixes this.&nbsp; Completely deleting and reinstalling everything, wiping all my saves and library, renewing the license, clearing the PS5 cache/repair, and the problem continues.

Let's give these steps a try first, let me know if you're still seeing this error or you can't access your DLC:

Restore the licenses on your console&nbsp;
Go to your&nbsp;Game Library&nbsp;
Scroll to&nbsp;Your Collection
Select&nbsp;The Sims 4
Scroll down to&nbsp;Add-Ons&nbsp;and locate your DLC here
Select the DLC in this list and select&nbsp;Install
When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
