Please help, packs locked behind an account Sims 4 PS4

I managed to restore licences and get some of my packs back from deleting and reinstalling the game, but I am missing City Living, Vampires and Dine In and I really want those packs back, but I don't...

    Hey there @2122123223,

    If you're still logged into your account on your PS4, you can follow these steps to get your DLC installed again on your console:

    1. Restore the licenses on your console 
    2. Go to your Game Library 
    3. Scroll to Your Collection
    4. Select The Sims 4
    5. Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    6. Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    7. When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    However, if you've been logged out and you don't know your account info, you will need to reach out to PlayStation support for help on regaining access as @EA_QueenBee has mentioned.

If you don't have access to one of your EA accounts, then I recommend that you reach out to our live support team to see if they can help you get access to that account again:

If you don't have access to the email address on the account, they'll need to ask you a few account-related questions to verify you as the owner. This article has some information that'd be good to have on-hand when you contact live support:

    @EA_QueenBee ah sorry, I meant my Sony PS4 account. I did not purchase anything with EA play.
