I've split your post off and moved it over to the console section of the forums. Is your game completely frozen in build mode currently, or are you getting crashing as well? How often is this happening?
@EA_Solaire It's currently frozen in build mode with a blinking green circle but when I just try and play the game it crashes as well. I've done all the troubleshooting that's been suggested.
