Help !! Ever since I got the newest update & downloaded Dream Home Decorator my Sims 4 game has pretty much stopped working.
It started with trying to go into my old save & it would just freeze on the loading screen once I picked my household. Exited the game and tried again at least 5 + times. No luck.I rebuilt my playstation database & started a new save file. This worked but it took at least 20 minutes to load everything.
Again - I tried to play again today, 20 mins to upload. I opened the gallery & it'd freeze. All I could do was close the sims down and try again.
I don't know what to do, I bought a game pack and Sims is unplayable. I haven't even had a chance to play the new pack.. Help? Anyone else having the same issues?

@Parkerbell95Yeah ive been having freezing issues for a while even b4 the new pack not as bad as yours by the sound of it mine would freeze when i first loaded into game like opening gallery or i would be able to load household then it would freeze but it would work fine when i reloaded the game again i decided to start a new game mainly because i was having crashing issues when travelling and exiting bb because like you I wanted to play the new pack and also i didn't want to rerenovate all the houses id built in my old save and tbh starting a new game was the best thing my game runs really well now no freezing or crashes and the load times are quicker too
- 4 years ago@mumofharry This is the first freezing issues i've had, I used to get a lot of crashing issues, like when I accessed the gallery. But now it's just freezing ever since the latest update. I started a new game, I had success like you did too but I can't access the gallery, it'd just freeze. The amount of time it takes to load up the game entirely is overwhelmingly slow as well since the latest update. Ugh - it's so annoying!
