Hey all,

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

I’ve been having issues with my my game crashing on my PlayStation 4 whenever I go into cas or build mode when I am currently playing with a family and I finish and try to click out into live mode it automatically crashes and sends me to the blue screen that tells you to report your issue. I’ve been having issues with this for about a month now which is very weird to me because it doesn’t crash when I play the sims 4 on my MacBook. It’s just really frustrating since I’ve spent a lot of money on packs and other things for it over the years and I just want to play a normal gameplay for once in a while without my game crashing. Can anyone let me know of any solutions that may help me with this situation I’d really appreciate it. Thank you🙂
