    Hey all,

    This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

    Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

@Mi_chiamo_Saul just to be sure, what device are you using? You said it's Android and PS4. Could you please clarify?

Are you playing The Sims Mobile or Sims 4?

Yes, im playing the sims 4 on a ps4. I put Android because I thought it was asking what phone I use
