[PS4] Crashing During Travel, Save the Game, Exiting CAS/Build Mode Patch 1.37

    Hey all,

    This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

    Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PlayStation 5
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? SP11:1.assets.live-sp11.230 ? 1.46? I'm up to date on all updates
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but bust the dust and industrial loft.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel anywhere from anywhere. Game will crash. Try to leave build mode, game will crash.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes.
What do you expect to see? To travel to intended location, to leave build mode into live mode.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

  • before it would crash a handful of times, but ever since the last patch it crashes without fail. Every. Single. Time. 

I would offer a save but I do not have a computer.

    After all this time. my game is still suffering from chronic crashing. it started to work better but in Feb2022 it went right back to terrible. 

    It's not sim bloat, I have less than 100 sims Total. (as in counting both played and unplayed households.)

      I used to play on ps4 and it became almost unplayable due to crashing so i purchased a ps5 and for about a year everything was fine but for the last fews day it keeps crahing when exiting cas bb and travelling here we go again!!!
