PS4 Sims Add-on randomly disappearing
Hi, I wanted to ask a question. I play the Sims on the PS4, it’s just the base game, I didn’t buy anything. I want to say it was towards the beginning of this year, I logged into the game and it gave me the Romantic Garden Stuff pack for free? And I had no issues with it up until the beginning of this month when it randomly just started taking the pack away. And it says on the main menu that I own the pack, but it’s giving the message that it “Requires The Sims 4 & all game updates”, but my game is fully updated to its latest version, and I have the pack installed (I’ve checked), and exiting the application and re-entering it does absolutely nothing. The only way I’ve been getting to give me the stuff back is fully deleting the game and redownloading the whole thing (PS4 doesn’t allow you to delete individual installed add-ons). I have done this 3 times now over the span of one week, and it seems like every time I close the application and come back it gets taken. Is there anything that can fix this, or am I stuck redownloading the game constantly?
