If you're still not able to access your packs, but they are showing in your transaction history, you'll need to reach out to PlayStation support directly so they can review your account's billing information and see what's going on with these packs.
Cottage Living, Werewolves, Romantic Garden, and Paranormal. They’re shown as owned, but say ‘Download to Use’. They’re fully installed though.

Sadly, that didn’t work.🫤I tried to restore my licenses as well, but that didn’t help either.

EDIT: Almost a week later, and my add ons are still missing. I’ve tried asking for help on Reddit, but no one has found a proper solution. Is there any way to contact EA directly? I feel like that may be the only way to fix my game/Give me my money back.
