ps5 problems
had so many problems with all of the updates lately i can’t play at all. firstly i’ve tried to open the game and it lets me get to the family bit before the loading screen but then it just gets stuck...

It sounds like your DLC isn't fully installed to your console, please try the following:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
It still will not work and i have tried other stuff aswell, deleting, reinstalling, trying to play an old saved file, trying to play on my ps4 to access it which actually did load but half of my stuff is not there. I have no idea what else to do it’s been months since i’ve been able to play
