PSN Down Missing Items

Question

I’m trying to play the Sims while waiting for PSN to come back up and I get an error message saying an item is being removed because I don’t own it.
After some digging, I noticed that the pre-order items from High School Years pack is missing. I played earlier this week and all my items were available in the game.

My game is up to date and I’m playing on the PS5. None of the packs rely on my PS+ subscription so PSN being down shouldn’t be affecting any offline game or packs.

Please fix this or at the very least let me know if this can be submitted as a bug report

This is happening to me too. I think it has to do with EA/PSN being unable to sync due to the PSN outage. So far the only specific item I noticed missing is the little bluetooth speaker, the round one. I use it in nearly every household because it's cheap and small.

I just noticed this same issue with my Life and death preorder items. My family picture frame and music box are gone from my house. I checked and my Love struck preorder items are also MIA.
