Purchased pack not working???

So I purchased the Sims 4 City Living pack a while back and it worked fine for the longest time. But, a couple months ago, I noticed all my stuff from the pack suddenly disappeared from my inventory ...

    Hi BeZZlr​ 

    First let's be sure City Living is fully installed by following these steps:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

     

    If you're still not able to access this pack, please let me know!
