Re: Can’t rotate room, house or lot on Xbox

Hi there @stsmiler can I just double check your game has updated properly, I'm attaching an image of what your version number should be for you. To find it in your game, on your console home screen on the Sims 4 icon use the button with 3 lines on it and choose Manage Game and Add-ons and that will take you to the Manage the Sims 4 page. On the right hand side of the screen it should read 1.92.5.2300 like the attached image shows.

If it's up to date, I would try reinstalling your game and add-ons and then load your game to see if the function has returned. It's working for me on Xbox Series X but that's with all content installed. I'm also attaching the troubleshooting steps for console too.

If nothing helps then just pop a reply here as it may be a bug. I have briefly had a random issue like this which was resolved in a later update.

Good luck, hope something here helps.

Thank you for replying! I checked and I have the updated version. I cleared the reserved space and that seems to have solved the problem! Thanks again for your help.
