@autocorrectvega Do you have enough free space on the drive for the update? In the screenshot you are updating ESO which takes up a massive amount of space, especially when it's updating. Wait until ESO is done updating to try again.

You may need to delete the update file for Sims if there was an error and let it update fresh. 

If the drive is external, you may need to move the Sims to the internal drive to update.
