Community ManagerThanks, and are you seeing a specific error code when that happens? You can find the error code history on your console by heading to Settings-> System-> Error History.
Community ManagerSorry, just wanting to clarify with you- you're seeing two different issues currently, one with crashing when loading into your household, and a different issue with your game freezing when trying to load into the Gallery, is that right?
Community ManagerCommunity ManagerAre you having issues with all households, or only one? Have you tried on a brand new save file as well?
Community ManagerIf it's only one household, it does sound like this save file for this household has become corrupt. Let's test a brand new save file first though- to start a new save file, from the main menu of the game, rather than selecting the Resume, or Load Game button, you'll select New Game.
If you're not seeing any crashing issues on a brand new save file, that means this household/save file is corrupt- in this case we wouldn't be able to restore this file as it's stored locally to your console. Instead, you can upload this household into your Library section in the Gallery, then place them into your brand new save file to continue playing them on a new save.
