Enchanted by Nature isn’t officially released until July 10th 10a.m PDT. You won’t be able to start playing it until that time arrives. Then when that time comes, you can enjoy playing the pack.

Thank you means a lot be frustrating hell out of me all day already 

In Australia it's been released as of 3am today, I'm also having issues with it. 

Stating to download to use but clicking on it saying owned already and have it installed on my console but still says download to use, I've deleted the game and redownloaded the game and all packs again but still not working, kinda frustrating we've paid for this so the least they could do is make sure it works.
